 - Crafted items always spawn with maximum amount of affixes (D2Game.dll)

    Normal: 1 rune (El - Amn), 2 Flawless Gems, 2 Perfect Gems
    Nightmare: 1 rune (Sol - Um), 2 Flawless Gems, 2 Perfect Gems
    Hell: 1 rune (Mal - Zod), 2 Flawless Gems, 2 Perfect Gems
 - Anya's quest reward: rare Small/Large/Grand Charm (D2Game.dll)
