These are the files needed to replace the Blood Hawk token (BK) with Red Dragons. The animations are fully converted and the frame count has been edited to fit the Blood Hawk token, so no hex editing is necessary. Also, the offsets have been accuratly placed so the Red Dragon won't be off center or bouncing around.

Files included in this zip file:

BKTRLITA1HTH.dcc - The Red Dragon's attack animation.
BKTRLITWLHTH.dcc - The Red Dragon's walk animation.
BKTRLITNUHTH.dcc - The Red Dragon's neutral (standing still) animation.
BKTRLITGHHTH.dcc - The Red Dragon's get hit animation.
BKTRLITDTHTH.dcc - The Red Dragon's death animation.
BKTRLITDDHTH.dcc - The Red Dragon's corpse animation.

monstats.txt - Not much changed here, just turned off the shadow for the Blood Hawks.

To install:

Using MPQ2K, insert monstats.txt into your patch_d2.mpq and run the game with the -txt extension. Select a character, go into the game, and then save and exit the game.

Take your new generated monstats.bin and insert it into your patch_d2.mpq along with the animation files. Go into a place where Blood Hawks are spawned and have fun killing dragons!
