Expect more to come. 05/09/2002 (026) - [DLL] Finished up the druidfix with the lastest checks found. - Globally upped expbonusses in Insanity diff by 50%, and in ST diff 100%. - Removed Death Clans from graveyard plugin. - Nerfed Spectral Posion a bit. - Removed the 0 from "Naj's Light Plate"'s string. - Divided the casting delay on Multishot by 5. - Missed "Janold's Jewel" when the setjewelry drops were removed, it's now also gone. - Added repicies to downgrade Magic (blue) armor and weapons to Normal (white), in order to allow them to be imbued. 25/07/2002 (025c) - [DLL] Doubled the amount of maximum items in the gamble screen. - [Anim] Replaced SpikeGaints (QuillBears and such) with Myconid's from BG2. - Upped maximum stack for the shurikens to 500 for all, and doubled each of the minimums. - Moved Venom to the LeftMouseButton skills. - Updated a few strings to fix typoos. - Beefed up Evil Guards and Captains for normal diff. - Made changes to the druid's skill's : Hurricane now has way more freeze length overall. Expect them to be changed to different items with any coming release. (No new belt I add seems to work, makes you wonder why LoD didn't introduce any new belts. Perhaps another one of those silly "buggards", perhaps....) - Changed gamble.txt back to it's original state. (For now) - Removed Death Clans from one of the Catacombs tiles in act1. More renaming will follow soon. - Long ago cubemain.txt got saved over cubemod.txt, tho no errors were caused by it, Put back to original cubemod.txt after discovering this today... - Made a change to the unique maker recipies. - Made some minor changes to the itemtypes of the Sorc's cords and discs, and the barb belts. The belts finally all seem to work propperly now. - The Class specific socketables charsi sells have been heavilly modified. - Removed all traces of the allready disabled charge scrolls/pages. After doing this all testchars still loaded without any errors, except the one with the broken blacktower key. Remove that one before upgrading to 024f! - Fixed up my personal problems with rare/unique charms showing up always white, traced the problem down and from now the unique charms will use the normal base items again, making them dropable once more. - Increased the chance to find a dragon rune or multicolor gem a little bit. 23/06/2002 (024e) - Added the itemtype "wand" to the "Any Weapon" uniquemaker. - Made major changes to the act3 hireling's skill choice chances. (Bug)Fixes : - Fixed the broken skill settings on all the hirelings after modifing skills. Barbs lost stun, holy shock, life tap and frenzy. Barbs gained Howl, Battle Cry, Grim Ward, War Cry. Mercs lost Mind Blast. Mercs gained Confuse. All the hirelings now survive the "Take them up 1 diff"-test without crashing. This makes the skill changes permanent, without any glitches remaining that can cause crashes Am now open to levelreq's and name suggestions for all the skills. and offcourse balance issues that remain. (next FULL release will have all the strings updated (pre/suffixes) to reflect the new skills) 23/05/2002 (023c) (Bug)Fixes : - Skellie summons of the Necro are beefed up a third in basic stats. - Salvation now takes longer to reach +75%. - Rogue's Magic Arrow is switched with Inner Sight for the Fire Rogues and Slow Missiles for the Cold Rogues. - Removed the last crash causing skill from a rogue. 23/05/2002 (023b) (Bug)Fixes : - Fixed up Rogue Hirelings crashbug by removing Lightning and Lightning Bolt from them replacing it with Magic Arrow, and removing immolatoin and freezing arrow, putting ice and exploding arrow in the spot. All these skills had sequence animations, which bug on hirelings. All the skills used now are attack/cast/aura moves. - Added 4 missing lvl20>40 limits, this fixes shapeshifting on skilllvl20+ 22/05/2002 (023b) (Bug)Fixes : - Removed an axe and 2 helms?? from ormus and added Mage's (only, not wizard's) Robes for the Druid to his shop. - Fixed up the promised orbs in the shop (they are there now!). - Moved all the misc tab weapons in act VI from Malah over to Larzur leaving Malah's shop looking more cleanly. - Fixed up the missile anim for 3 necro curse that could cause a crash. (I hope..) - Fixed up a crashbug with shadow summons for the assy. Turned both summons into melee fighters, no more skills but stronger. (If the summons die and cause a nova it's in the savegame, took me hours to realise this.....) 21/05/2002 (023a) - Made an excel sheet that lists all the currently replaced itemgraphics going to replace/add more in the coming patches using new itempacks. (Bug)Fixes : - Fixed a few spelling mistakes in the stringfiles. - Added a few missing upgrades for unique and set itemgraphics spotted while making the sheet above. - Added manacost to a few of the "un-aura'd" skills of the palladin. they don't all show tho, this needs skill description dll editting apparently. - Only the auras and prayer now work "In Town" with the palladin. - Druid can now summon 5 fenris at max instead of 3. - Necromancer's Bone Armor got nerfed half way. - Necromancer's Burst got nerfed a little. - Necromancer's Teeth got a boost in both normal and magic damage. - Necromancer's Summon Golems and new creatures now go up in level when in higher diff. - Amazon's Lightning Strike got normal dmg on top of lightning to leech of. - Sorceress's Force Kick now has allot more kick in it. - Sorceress's Energy Field got a little more dmg per/lvl now. - Sorceress's Orb's are now buyable, Akara, Ormus, Jamella and Malah have some. - Beefed up both Little D. versions and the Succubu summon creatures. - Added a forgotten LightCast2 overlay to the sorcs skill's casting anims used with some of the lightning spells. - A test version of levels.txt was zipped by mistake in 023, 023a has the normal txt once more. Where it was like this : "Onces a new lvl pre/suffix comes available the 1 that is 1 lower in reqs stops", It now is : "Onces a new lvl pre/suffix comes available the 1 that is 2 lower in reqs stops". this should allow a little more mixing of lower and higher lvl magic for the char's current lvls. - Checked the magic txts to make sure no other columns where missing stuff, this is now verified. - Altered charstats.txt so all chars now start with 100 points allready divided in the stats instead of 85. A global 10 more to vitality for all chars and 5 more to each of the classes main stat. This should make life a little easier for starting chars.
