You need a clean Diablo® 2 Lord of Destruction ™ 1.10 install.
Install Zephyrus Mod:
First backup all .dll und .exe files and the patch_d2.mpq. 
Then extract the Zephyrusmod.zip and copy all file in your Diablo 2 folder.

This is a little patch for the english players. 
extract the zip file and copy it in your d2 folder. then klick on the start.bat for playing. 
this patch changes the german item names to english names.

- Act1 Dungeon is ready to play (blackmarsh) 
- Act2 Stonegrave have 4 floors 
- Act3 Swampy pit is a new 5 floor dungeon 
- Act3 Mephisto map is changed 
- Char : Exp changed 
- Char : more ar for every dex point (works only on new chars) 
- Weapons : Same bugs are eleminated :-) 
- Cube : same recipes are changed 
- Enemys : 10 complete new enemys

each lvlup you get 8 stat points and 2 skill points 
maxskill lvl is 30 
maxchar lvl is 100 
chars get more health/mana points on lvlup and for every vita and energy point 

Hirelings:

can use all items 
needs lesser exp to get lvl up 
gets more health points on lvl up
